" POLITICIANS
WILL ONLY START SEEING THE LIGHT WHEN THEY BEGIN TO FEEL THE
HEAT"
One
of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics
is that you end up being governed by your inferiors." - Plato
(427-327 BC)
Unless the people retain sufficient control
over those entrusted with the powers of their government,
these will be perverted to their own oppression, and to the
perpetuation of wealth and power in the individuals
and their families selected for the trust. ~ Thomas Jefferson,
1812
