contact information regarding the General Plan Update Consultants
contact information.
John, It is real simple, just type the information on this email
and forward it to me. You don't have to refer it to someone else.
It will only take a few seconds of your time.
If I do not receive the requested information soon, I
will add that you have no problem not only violating the Brown
act, but the Freedom of Information Act as well on the web; friendsofdeserthotsprings.com
for our citizens to see.

Subject: Information on General Plan Update Consultants
Dear John
Under the freedom of information act, please provide your cities
General Plan Update Consultants contact information including
but not limited to address, phone number, all e mail address and
contact persons.
The current Planning Commission Chairman selectively discriminates
against the public by only allowing a portion of the people to
speak during the comment period during the planning commission
general plan update per last meeting in violation of Brown Act
code 54954.3. (a). This policy was verbally confirmed by John
Soulliere as being currently acceptable policy on said meeting
date. It is only fair that those citizens who are denied their
right to speak during these general plan updates be able to contact
the general plan consultants directly with their concerns.
Please provide this information electronically to me by this e
mail so I may post it on my web site per brown act criteria for
said same.
